Holy cow! It's hard to believe that we leave in just over a week. I hope we get a good turn out for the Watchfire on Sunday. We'll meet at Destiny again this year and ride over as a group.
Tomorrow, JFalge, JWalsh and I are heading to Hershey to watch our friend Freddie in the Calder Cup playoffs. We'll get an early start back on Sunday to be back in time for the Riders meeting at 1300 at Turners.
Norm Doyle, a communications specialist, will try to be at our Sunday meeting to go over our comm set-ups, so bring your gear to the meeting. Also, you should have all made your hotel reservations this week based on the roomie list I sent you. If you haven't, shake a leg and get on it!
I think I've got all the stops programmed for gas and lunches, etc.
I had the luxury of stopping at our 1st day lunch stop at Erie, PA the other day when I was there to pick my niece up from college there. It looks like a great stop. If any of you want to ride with us to the lunch stop, let me know so we can make you a lunch. As of right now, we're going to meet a couple of Buffalo FF's at the Clarence Service area gas stop and they're riding with us for lunch.
That's it for now! Billy W told me he's picked out his grungiest underware to take with him so he can throw them out as we go. . .:cool:
