Merry Christmas! You H-D owners would think Santa was listening to your requests because of the Right to Repair Act which is pending legislation. While you might think that this is, yet, another H-D exclusive, be consoled, alas its been designed to benefit ALL motorcyclists who yearn to repair (while not ALL of them need to!) regardless of manufacturer. Not only that, but it's written for 4-wheel vehicles,as well! As I understand it, it basically prohibits manufacturers from withholding repair information or from making repair info and/or equipment proprietary, requiring owners to go to a specific vendor for repairs. Wayne Edkin, you'll relate to this because your service expert in the Adirondacks can't get a BMW computer! Well, now he will! That's right, you Massey-Davidson riders. . . they put computers in motorcycles now, what will those Germans think of next?? The only problem with them, "Your Chromeness", is that you can't shine or polish a chip!:D
