Thursday (01-12-06)was such a nice day that I went for a short (20 mile) ride.Who would guess that on 12 January in Syracuse you can ride without having to fall down on ice and snow, and to top it off ,not even have to clean the bike when you finish!:) :)

Gary and I took the scenic route to Lafayette and had a nice ride, too!

I couldn't help but notice, you had to have a H.D. escort to ride those hallowed southern hills. Good idea, because they still ambush lone German Flying machines in the south. Red Bull

You talk about Polaris and Victory and their snowmobiles, at least both of those companies are successful in both motorcycles AND sleds! How about a nice H****e 440 sled???? They don't make them no more??

Oh, they sucked?? you say??

Well, at least you can't complain about their bowling pins!

Top, you do have a special need. By reading the aforementioned comments, I am starting to worry about your self confidence. Jibberish over a simple "contender". A quote from the classic movie "On the Waterfront" in which the character Marlon Brando is playing, is frustrated over his lot in life. His quote was: I could have been a contender" That's you Top! Riding the plastic scooter. A make believe contender. You are nice fellow though. That makes up for it. (except for those Hobbit hands) Red Bull

R.D. It has been my experience, Top Gun gets to go many places us mortals fear to tread. I know the Hobbit hands have something to do with it. Kind of like the Ring Trilogy if you get my drift. Some questions we should never ask. How's the weather down yonder? Red Bull

That explains everything.
the weather is very wet, with a 75% chance of getting wetter.
We're on a flood warning here, the streams are way over their banks & close to the bridge bottoms. Otherwise it's duck weather:rolleyes:
