For ducks!!!!! Just looked at the forecast for the week and unless we change our name to Guns 'n Hoses Arc Club, we won't be doing any riding. Rain every day thru Friday and no temperatures above 50. Then we'll see what we get from Wilma and Alpha. Oh well, we've got a great World Series coming up. The Sox looked impressive last night and Bobby Jenks closing was something to watch. 100 mph fast balls!!!! Even the Yankees would've had a time with him!
If you have a chance, poke around the new site and give me some observations. I'm looking for ways to add a news feed from the AMA, a "chat" feature and some other little features. The weather module was a big challenge.
:cool: Don't forget to mark your calendars for 11/11, Turners Club at 1700 hours (is that right, Bull?). The kitchen is open until 2000 hours (is that right, Gary?). If you're considering joining us for the 5th annual Guns 'n Hoses Spring Ride, you should make it a point to be there. We'll be putting our heads together to start getting our plan together. The dates are 30 May- 7 June 2006.:cool:
And also, don't forget the Christmas Party at the Tubbert's, 12/12. Tom says the Town repaved his road so he'll have some special instructions so none of us get hurt!
