Just a quick note that I got 5 phishing emails today, obviously from the same assholes, looking for password and account info, to verify my account. Plain and simple, don't give any of this info out!! My requests were all worded the same and eBay and Chase Bank were 2 of the alleged (albeit fake) senders.

Most of these emails will be exactly as follows;

eBay is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information to help us provide you with secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Repeat-- don't respond at all, they'll just keep sending you more, just don't give out your info. It's sad that you can't trust people, but a fact of life.
